1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN confidential. Do not share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent us.
• One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct a pricing error at any time before an order is dispatched, and will tell you if we do.
• An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when it is placed.
• Product images are indicative. Packaging may vary between batches.

3. Products

Our products are Ayurvedic and wellness formulations. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are taking prescription medication, consult a qualified practitioner first.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it to make false or misleading claims about our products to anyone else.

5. Intellectual property

The Avira Lifecare name, logo, product names, photography and website content belong to Avira Lifecare Global Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to make claims we have not authorised.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
