Where we deliver

We deliver across India to more than 19,000 pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, the site will tell you at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed on a working day before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on a Sunday or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: typically 4–7 working days.
• Remote and hill regions: may take longer, depending on the courier network.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can delay a consignment.

Tracking

Every consignment is tracked. You will receive the courier name and tracking number when your order is dispatched, and you can also see it in your account.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Promotional free-shipping offers apply on the terms stated with the offer.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Please photograph the parcel before opening it fully and contact us the same day. Our refund policy explains what happens next.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a consignment is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.
