Our Quality Standard

Quality claims are easy to make and hard to verify. This page sets out exactly what we do, so you can judge for yourself rather than take an adjective on trust.

1. Sourcing

Our high-value botanicals are wild-harvested, not farmed. Sea buckthorn is collected from Spiti Valley and Ladakh above 12,000 feet, where the extreme climate is what drives the berry’s unusual nutrient density. Everything else comes from certified partner organic growers with documented supply chains.

2. Extraction

Our juices are cold-pressed without boiling. Heat is the cheapest way to increase yield and shelf life, and it is also what destroys the Omega-7, vitamin C and volatile actives people buy these products for. We accept the lower yield.

3. Formulation

Blends are designed by qualified Ayurvedic biochemists working to classical preparation methods where those methods matter — our hair oil, for example, is prepared by the traditional Kshirpak Vidhi rather than by simple maceration, because the classical process is what carries the herb actives into the oil.

4. Manufacturing

Production takes place in GMP sterile cleanrooms. Equipment is cleaned and validated between batches, and every batch carries its own manufacturing record.

5. What we leave out

• No added sugar.
• No artificial colour.
• No water dilution to increase volume.
• No sulphates or parabens in our cleansers.
• No fluoride in our dental range.

6. Compliance and testing

Our products are manufactured to be AYUSH and FSSAI compliant and are 100% vegetarian. Batches are tested before release, and each carries a batch number, manufacturing date and expiry printed on the pack.

7. If something is wrong
