Yes. Every consignment is tracked. The courier name and tracking number appear in your account and are sent to you when the order is dispatched.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction promise. Damaged, wrong or unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See the full refund policy.

Once we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund is released to your original payment method. Banks usually credit it within 5–7 working days.
